In today's fast paced world, we are consistently called to be ultra-flexible & top of our game, with skills in multiple arenas all at the same time. Stress inevitably results when we strive to meet the demands placed on us, or when we set unreasonable expectations of ourselves.

Stress is the leading cause of workplace burnout, high blood pressure, heart disease, difficulty in relationships, sleep disruptions, weight gain (or loss), and fatigue.

The good news is that by employing proven techniques for overcoming stress both your life and your work-life can dramatically improve.

In our 4 WEEK training program you will:

  • Learn to diagnose your leading stressors

  • Understand the effects of stress

  • Receive 10 key strategies for managing & releasing stress

  • Practice meditation techniques for increased vitality & decreased stress

  • Receive a powerful individual session called the Life Activation (DNA Activation) in order to Unlock Your Potential

  • Recognize your trigger points

  • Overcome limited beliefs around your ability to manage stress

  • Increase your relaxation & sense of calm

  • Create on-going relationships with your cohort for a long-range support system

  • Enjoy a one-hour individual coaching session with one of the lead instructors to develop your new stress-response foundation

By committing to this program, you are committing to 7 sessions total completed over 4 weeks.

Winter Quarter Session

November 30 - December 18, 2023

Introductions & Group Dynamics

Learn how our process works, and what to expect throughout our time together. Meet your cohort and the instructor's panel.


Discuss where everyone is at and set goals for what you would like to accomplish during the series. We will winnow out your opportunities for growth so that you will move past sticking places.


Our process begins with self work, asking yourself the following questions? 

  • What is stress and where does it come from?

  • How does stress affect my life and health?

  • How do I attempt to minimize the stress in my life?

  • What methods and tools do I currently have at my disposal to manage my stress?

Session 2: SATURDAY DECEMBER 2  |  10a - 4p

Unlocking Your Potential Session

This a group session day. You will be assigned to a 2-hour time block during our first session.

  • Group 1: 10a-12p

  • Group 2: 12p-2p

  • Group 3: 2p-4p

About the session:​

The Life Activation enables you to bring in and hold more Light (positive energy) in your physical body, empowering you to maximize your potential and bring forth unrealized talents and abilities, and it gives you more energy and clarity. 


This 2-hr session begins a process of releasing unconscious patterns (old emotional traps we fall into), while increasing your ability to use more of your brain.

What is stress? An intro to the causes, benefits, & problems that come with stress.
Session 4: THURSDAY DECEMBER 7  |  6p - 8p
The effects & types of stress & their impact on productivity & relationships.
Session 5: MONDAY DECEMBER 11  |  6p - 8p
Stress solutions - becoming aware, & the antidote.
Session 6: THURSDAY DECEMBER 14  |  6p - 8p
Life Management - a simple cognitive system to recognize stressors in life.
Session 7: MONDAY DECEMBER 18  |  6p - 8p
Journaling time. What are your values, dreams, strengths, spiritual focus? Are you living in congruence with these for a stress free life?

Certified Instructors of Stress Rescue™, your panel consists of highly skilled teachers who are adept at delivering the tools and understanding necessary to overcome stress & control the physiological effects on your body and mind.

Brandon Aho brings 25+ years of corporate leadership to his approach to teach this FOUR WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM. 


Kelly Aho has a wealth of experience within the nonprofit and government sectors where a little bit has to go a long way, her teaching style reflects this expertise.


Michaela Court has leadership experience both in finance and public works and brings her scientific-based instruction to the panel.
