Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All payment processing is handled by our scheduling application AcuityScheduling.com.

Refunds & Credit Transfers

Empowerful Life, and all practitioners operating out of our Center, do not offer refunds.
On a case-by-case basis, individual teachers or healers may choose to allocate paid funds towards another class or service.
All packages or prepaid services expire 365 days after the purchase date.

Acknowledgement for Monthly Subscriptions

Enrolling in a monthly recurring subscription requires submitting credit card details in Acuity, our scheduling program.
Acuity maintains strict data security protocols.
Empowerful Life, and all practitioners, are not liable for any data breaches.
If a client cancels a Subscription / Monthly Payment before the completion of the term, Empowerful Life reserves the right to seek resolution via small claims court, or debit collection services.
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to make your monthly payment, you are responsible for communicating and making an alternative payment solution at least 5 days before your payment is due.
