Empowerful Life's company site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote and offer our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All payment processing is handled by our scheduling application AcuityScheduling.com.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Cancellation

You can cancel any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Empowerful Life again, just sign up as you did the first time and Empowerful Life will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Phone Number

You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply "STOP" from the original number or notify us of your old number at info@empowerful.life. Refunds & Credit Transfers
  • Empowerful Life, and all practitioners operating out of our Center, do not offer refunds.

  • On a case-by-case basis, individual teachers or healers may choose to allocate paid funds towards another class or service.

  • All packages or prepaid services expire 365 days after the purchase date.

Acknowledgement for Monthly Subscriptions
  • Enrolling in a monthly recurring subscription requires submitting credit card details in Acuity, our scheduling program.

  • Acuity maintains strict data security protocols.

  • Empowerful Life, and all practitioners, are not liable for any data breaches.

  • If a client cancels a Subscription / Monthly Payment before the completion of the term, Empowerful Life reserves the right to seek resolution via small claims court, or debit collection services.

  • If, for whatever reason, you are unable to make your monthly payment, you are responsible for communicating and making an alternative payment solution at least 5 days before your payment is due.
