Week Two: Chi Do - The Movement Meditation
Learn how to master having a calm mind while also being able to perform movements
​This class is designed to bring the calm mind in a different way than the traditional sitting meditation.
​Chi-Do's main-goal is to allow the individual to achieve true inner peace during your day to day life and help you to build a relationship with your chi, or inner strength.
Chi-Do will help you develop:

Week Three and Four: Sanctuary Meditation

Connect to your higher self and create a space for inner peace & knowing
This class is offered once a month and requires a minimum to hold.
​The Sanctuary Meditation is a proven meditation system that allows the beginner and the seasoned meditator to safely & effectively deepen a connection to their higher self and other beings of light.
